LEADERSHIP
Leadership is more than management. It is having a vision and taking your group there. I was extremely honored to be recognized as a leader in the archives profession when I was asked to serve at the Academy of Certified Archivists representative to the Nexus: Leading Across Boundaries project.

INSTRUCTION
I teach multiple workshops for the Society of American Archivists (SAA) and have also taught a webinar for the Council of Library and Information Resources (CLIR). I also frequently present at conferences.

Mentor
I am at the point in my career where I have become the mentor instead of the mentee. I find it very rewarding to give back to my profession in the same way that others helped me.
